LOCK HAVEN – Everything seems to be falling into place for Lock Haven University to open its new science center about two years from now. It can’t come soon enough for the faculty members who have spent months and months talking with Highland Associates architects about what they want the center to offer. Three of LHU’s 32 nanotechnology alumni find it a bit late.
